In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Los Tulipanes through the forms on its pages will be included and processed in our file in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the obligations between Los Tulipanes and the User or to maintain the relationship established in the forms that the User completes, or to respond to a request or query from the User. The categories of data processed in Los Tulipanes are solely identifying data. Under no circumstances will special categories of personal data be processed within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Los Tulipanes undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. As a general rule, withdrawing consent is not a condition for using the Website.
In the cases where the User must or can provide his data through forms to ask questions, request information or for reasons related to the content of the Website, he is informed whether the completion of any of these data is mandatory as they are essential for the correct development of the operation carried out.

Right to restrict processing: This is the User’s right to restrict the processing of his personal data. The User has the right to obtain restriction of processing if he contests the accuracy of his personal data; the treatment is illegal; The Controller no longer needs the personal data, but the User needs it to make claims; and when the User has opposed the treatment.
